Description of Activities Day 3 & 4
There were 31 children aged among 6-13 joined in the day 3 of our providing weekend activities at Saw Safe House. Among of them were 15 girls and 16 boys. Our target children are 45 children however some of children were not able to join our activities because they have to take exam in their school. Furthermore, we lost one organizer because he had to go back his camp. Nevertheless, we got one volunteer for helping us from Wide Horizons School. Firstly, we arrived Saw Safe House at 1:30 pm because the driver did not arrive on time. As soon as we arrived at Saw Safe House, we divided children into 3 groups with 6 organizers and one volunteer. Then, we conducted activities with children in boy’s dormitory because there were some staff working in girl’s dorm. Children were participated in our activities effectively. Furthermore, 3 organizers prepared for cooking (zuki) soup for children’s refreshment. We finished our day 3 activities at 4 pm.
In day 4, we organizers arrived at Saw Safe House at 1:15pm. There were 33 children aged between 6 to 13 joined activities.  Among of them were 19 boys and 14 girls. Our activities location was in boy’s dorm. That place is very nice to show cartoon movie because it was very safe environment. We started our activities with children at 1:20pm. Moreover, we lost one organizer because he had to take exam at Hsa Htoo Lei School. However, we got 6 volunteers from Wide Horizons School. Children were very active and joyful to watch movie however some children did not really want to enjoy because they just focused on refreshment. After the movie, we played the games with the children such as passing balls, hula hoop and bingo. Children were following the instruction of the game activities. They had very good motivation during playing games. They were very welcome to the organizers for providing activities with them.
At the end of the activities, we inspected that there were two materials were damaged. One of the books lost 3 papers. However, one of the materials called Circle Arrow's cover was splitting.
